These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and communications provided by Maids by Grace Cleaning Services LLC (“Maids by Grace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting services, booking appointments, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Maids by Grace provides residential cleaning and related home services. All services are subject to availability, acceptance, and scheduling confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, including your mobile phone number, you agree to receive communications from Maids by Grace, which may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and notifications
• Account-related messages
• Promotional and marketing messages (if you opt in)

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Submitting a website form with SMS consent checkbox selected
• Providing verbal consent over the phone
• Providing in-person consent

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-subscribe.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking services or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and notifying us of any changes.

Access to Property / Lockout Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. This includes providing entry instructions, access codes, keys, or being present to allow entry.

If our team arrives at the scheduled address and is unable to access the property due to the client not being present, incorrect entry information, locked doors, or inability to reach the client, the appointment will be considered a lockout.

In the event of a lockout, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to cover technician travel time, scheduling time, and reserved appointment space.

At the company’s discretion, a portion of the lockout fee may be offered as a credit toward a rescheduled service, provided the new appointment is booked within a specified time frame.

Maids by Grace reserves the right to update or enforce this policy to protect scheduling availability and team time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of booking. Pricing may vary based on service type, home size, condition, and frequency. All fees will be disclosed prior to service.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the time frame communicated at booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Policy

At Maids by Grace, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect the time of our cleaning team and other clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may be charged.

Appointments canceled on the same day of the scheduled service may also be subject to the same fee.

This policy helps us protect our team’s schedule and allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maids by Grace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
